The Results Are In!

Earlier this year we carried out a survey of over 70 women about the Top Challenges Facing Women with Regard to Busyness (a big thank you to those who were involved!)

Here’s what we learned.

The Biggest Challenges women reported were:

  1. Being realistic about my limits (how much I can realistically fit in and when to say no)

  2. Not having time or space to get clear about my priorities, and

  3. Not feeling like I’m being my best self for the people in my life.

These were the Main Outcomes women said they were looking for:

  1. Being efficient in the way I use my time and energy

  2. Feeling more relaxed and less stressed, and

  3. Being clear about my priorities and letting go of things that aren’t important to me.

In response to the question How Big a Problem is Busyness:
(on a scale of 1 to 5 with 5 being the highest)

28% said 5

50% said 4

22% said 3

0% said 2

0% said 1

The top things women said they Wanted to Know More About were:

  1. How to create more balance, including slowing down and resting

  2. Tools and strategies for managing time and energy

  3. How to set healthy limits and boundaries, and

  4. How to shift your thoughts and attitudes to improve how you experience life.
